TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS |
Short and long-term holiday lets of the properties in Turunc Turkey.
In the first instance please contact us to check on availability.
Contract:
The contract is between (the owners) and the persons named on the online booking form (the main party leader).
1. Reservation Process
All booking and enquiries must be made via email. We will hold your selected week(s) for a period of 5 days. In those 5 days you must send to us confirmation of your dates and flight details. If no payment or deposit is received within 7 days of the confirmation the reservation will be cancelled.
2. Deposit
A deposit of 25% to guarantee the letting is normally asked for, with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks before the due date. A non payment of the balance shall be deemed as cancellation of the contract by the client. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental the total fee is payable at the time of booking. If the balance is not received at least 8 weeks before departure, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and the booking deposit forfeited.
3. Payment
Your booking will be validated once payment is confirmed. We will then send you confirmation by e-mail.
4. Security Deposit
A small security deposit of £100 may be required along with the final payment for each booking and will be held against any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents. This fee will be returned on day of departure, unless there is any damage or excess cleaning requirements.
5. Cancellation charges
In the event of cancellation for any reason the party leader must notify us by email. The following cancellation charges will apply:-
- 56 days plus, loss of deposit
- 29-55 days 50% of full payment lost
- Less than 28 days - no refund allowed
We accept no responsibility whatsoever and no payment or other compensation will be payable if cancellation or changes to the terms of bookings are brought about or become necessary due to any force majeure such as war, fire, flood or adverse weather conditions. In addition we will not be responsible for closure or congestion of airports, ferries, technical problems with transportation or cancellation or schedule changes by carriers whether scheduled or charter.
6. Changes to bookings
We will consider any request to change dates after confirmation has been issued if appropriate.
7. Occupancy
The accommodation provided is only for the use of the number of people shown on the booking form and must not exceed the maximum number as shown. We require that an adult must accompany anyone under the age of 18 years of age.
8. Availability
In order that properties can be thoroughly cleaned and inspected between lets, all holidays commence at 3.00 pm or 4.00 pm on arrival day and terminate at 10.00 am on departure day (please check with owner for final instructions). It is expected that you will leave the property clean and tidy, in good condition and treat it with care during your stay and to notify and pay for any breakages.
9. Safety and Liability
Whilst in occupation, your personal safety is your responsibility and the owners do not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury caused as a result of use of the property or anything in the property. The owners are not responsible to the clients or third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, which may be suffered, arising out of or in any way connected with the rental, not in respect of: death, bodily injury, accident, illness, loss or mishap to any guests whilst staying or visiting the property. No liability is accepted for the loss of or damage to any personal property or affects, such as passports, documents, cheques or money belonging to any member of the party whilst renting our property. All guests are strongly advised to take out an appropriate travel/holiday insurance before leaving the UK, or country of origin.
10. Swimming Pools
Children must be monitored while being close to the swimming pool or while swimming. Diving is at your own risk. Guests are also specifically requested not to allow children to play unsupervised in and around the pool areas being 4ft 6ins deep throughout the large pool and approximately 1ft in the baby pool. Guests should check for water depth themselves before using the pool, as the owners cannot accept liability.
11. Care of the Property
Clients are required to notify the owners in the event of any breakages or damage caused to the property and/or its contents and should take all reasonable care of the property and its contents and leave them in the same condition as at the start of the rental.
12. Smoking
There is a strictly no smoking policy in the apartments. Any damage caused by or related to the act of smoking within the duration of a client’s rental period will be the responsibility of the lead-name on the booking and charged accordingly. Smoking is permitted on balconies and terraced areas only, please use the ashtrays provided.
